Our values as a company start with the experiences Rod Dibble, our founder, had growing up the youngest of 6 boys to an entrepreneurial father in rural Western New York. Rod’s father owned a plastics molding business and he began traveling on sales calls and watching his father interact and service customers from a young age. After working in the aggregate industry for 26 years, he saw the opportunity to open DIBBLE EQUIPMENT, not surprisingly with the help and support of his wife of 30 years, Sue Dibble, who runs our office today. The values he learned, watching his father run a small, family-owned business are the heart of our company: honesty, integrity, placing customers first, providing an excellent product at a reasonable price and customer service.
MICHAEL C. WOOLFORD

With 23 years of experience in the Aggregate Industry, including most recently as the Vice President, General Manager of Florida Processing Machinery, Mike is responsible for helping customers with our product lines in the territory he spent 18 years working in–South Jersey, Eastern PA, Maryland & Delaware. He comes from a family with deep roots in the aggregate business, his father, Donald M. Woolford, his Uncle Ned Woolford, and his grandfather, E.A. Woolford, all having preceded him in the industry.

A 25 year veteran of the industry, Greg got his start working at his Father’s Pennsylvania based company, Quality Product Sales, in the mid 1980’s after graduating with a business degree from Elizabethtown College. Over time, Greg developed a vast knowledge base, particularly in screening equipment, screen media, and wear products. With DIBBLE EQUIPMENT, Greg is working to grow our business in Western NY and Western PA across all of our product lines.
MATT DIBBLE

Matt first gained exposure to the aggregate industry while riding with his father, Rod, during winter breaks as a business student at Ithaca College. After 3 years working in the financial services industry in New York City, he moved back to upstate New York to join DIBBLE EQUIPMENT in 2014. Matt is working hard to build on his knowledge of the aggregate and recycling industries, as well as learn the family business.

Rob entered the aggregate industry in 2016 eager to learn about the business. Born and raised in Boston, Rob worked for many years in delivery services after graduating from UMass Dartmouth. With DIBBLE EQUIPMENT, his focus is on parts, predominantly conveyor components, belt scales, and dust suppression equipment.
